The snatch and the clean & jerk are both immensely effective if you're looking to improve your power and speed. As exercises go they are amongst the elite if you're looking to improve performance and as a result, are used a lot with professional athletes.
In this workshop Senior Trainers Jim Summersby and Russ Harris will cover correct technique, auxiliary exercises that will help strengthen and mobilise properly, and some ideas for structuring olympic lifting sessions and integrating olympic lifting into your current programme.
It doesn't matter if you have never lifted before or if you do olympic lifting are looking to analyse your form, this workshop is for you. We will be also be reviewing video feedback on the day so everyone leaves with a comprehensive understanding of how to improve their own form.
