This workshop is designed to teach you that you do not always need access to a gym to get in a good workout. The class shows you how to use one of the best designed pieces of equipment that is versatile, challenging and always at hand…your body. 

Learning how to exercise with little to no equipment means you can recreate these workouts anywhere: in your hotel room if you are away with work, on the beach if you are off on holiday, in your living room at home or making the most of the longer evenings and sunnier weather it can be great to get outside in the park.

Alongside bodyweight exercises the class will also show you how to include resistance bands to further challenge your workouts.

Resistance bands are essentially a large rubber band that can add extra resistance to a workout, they are cheap, simple, effective and very portable.

This class is for people it is tailored to all skill and fitness levels as there are progressions and regressions for every exercise.

So come along to learn, have some fun and see just how hard it can be.
