About the workshop:

More so now than ever, people are talking about the benefits of incorporating squats into a training regime. But what exactly is the correct way to perform a squat and how often should you be doing them?

In this 90-minute practical workshop, Head of Education Russ Harris will be taking you through everything you need to know about the exercise and how to make the most of it according to your specific fitness goal.

We'll also be covering hip mobility drills to improve your range of motion, muscle activation drills and squatting variations.

This is a fun workshop that's appropriate for all training levels. Whether you want to brush up on your technique or consider yourself a complete beginner, we'd love to have you with us.
