About the workshop:

We live increasingly sedentary lifestyles. Whether it's hunching over desks or huddling on public transport, modern life can have us sitting or slouching for the majority of the day. 

This workshop looks to explore aspects of training that can help counter some of the common pain areas associated with prolonged sitting and inactivity.

About the trainer

Clint Kelly, SIX3NINE Trainer

As the old saying goes “give a man a fish and he’ll eat for a day, show him how to fish and he’ll eat for a lifetime”. I like to approach fitness the same way.

With a passion for education both for myself and for others I enjoy the satisfaction of seeing clients further their own understanding of wellbeing.By incorporating progressive programming, strategic nutritional planning and tailored coaching I can instruct clients how to use the tools necessary to achieve their goals.

Although I believe fitness and personal training are art forms, underpinning that art with scientific evidence is at the heart of my core values as a trainer.

I help you understand the basics and make sense of the complex. I coach both personal trainers and those dedicated to improving their own fitness to learn new skills, and better yet - how to learn new skills. I develop your abilities and understanding of how and why so you can enjoy a healthier lifestyle.
