About the workshop:

Muscle-ups are one of the most coveted moves that many want to master. When starting out, they can almost seem impossible to achieve however you can get there with the correct regressions, engagement, cues and practice.

In this 90-minute practical workshop, we will be breaking it down for you so you have everything you need to nail this move. With the expertise (and sense of humour) our trainers Russ Harris and Dominic Lee will provide, you will be in great hands!

Whether you're a personal trainer or looking to improve your own training, this workshop is open to all. If you can comfortably do an unassisted pull-up and dip, that would be fantastic but not essential.

About the trainer

Dominic Lee, SIX3NINE Trainer

Your body is your greatest piece of equipment. I coach you how to use it to it’s full potential.

Alongside personal training, I have coached Martial Arts for the past decade, competing myself at world championship level. I bring together my experience as both a coach and a student to help you build confidence, work through obstacles and break glass-ceilings. 

 

Russ Harris MSc, Head of Education

Although I believe fitness and personal training are art forms, underpinning that art with scientific evidence is at the heart of my core values as a trainer.

I help you understand the basics and make sense of the complex. I coach both personal trainers and those dedicated to improving their own fitness to learn new skills, and better yet - how to learn new skills. I develop your abilities and understanding of how and why so you can enjoy a healthier lifestyle.
