About the workshop:

Become stronger through better movement with our Movementology Workshop.

Due to our increasingly sedentary lifestyle, we know we need to move more however it can be difficult to know where to begin. And how do we learn how to move better?

In this workshop we’ll be condensing years of coaching experience into 4 hours of immersive learning, made up of both theory and practical training. Get on the road to movement mastery by increasing your strength, improving your mobility, learning new skills, and learning how to learn new skills.
