About the workshop:

Deadlifts have fast become a staple of any lower body weight training regimes but what actually is the correct way to do one?

In this 90-minute practical workshop, Senior Trainer Clint Kelly will be taking you through everything you need to know about the lift and how to make the most of it according to your specific fitness goal.

We'll also be covering:
- How to improve your form and avoid injury
- How to increase your lift
- How to correct bad form through deadlift variations

This is a fun workshop that's appropriate for all training levels, so whether you want to brush up on your technique or consider yourself a complete beginner, we'd love to have you with us.
