Coaching: Nutrition For Fatloss

Sunday 15th July 13:30 - 15:00
Dan Price, SIX3NINE Trainer

About the workshop:

This workshop is for personal trainers looking to improve their practice, specifically in their nutritional support for clients looking to lose weight.

In an area so widely populated with misinformation our clients are more confused than ever about what they should be doing with their nutrition to support their goals.

This workshop equips you with the knowledge from the current evidence based literature pertaining to the physiology of weight loss.

From here we explore how we can best use this information to help our clients achieve their goals by aligning our methods with there values, psychology and preference.

Expect to get hands on with food, bust some long standing myths, challenge beliefs of ‘good’ and ‘bad’ foods and leave with a clearer understanding of the science, and actionable plans for your clients.

About the trainer

Dan Price
SIX3NINE Trainer, Certified Sports Nutritionist

Nutrition, health and weight loss are topics heavily reported in the press and through social media. Sensationalist headlines polarise what is 'good' and 'bad', 'healthy' or 'unhealthy' and generally leave readers feeling more confused, and even less clear on what's right for them.

This workshop combines research and practical strategies to help cut through the noise and find what works best for you.
