Coaching: Elderly Clients

35.00

Sunday 8th April 13:30 - 15:00
Ed Loveday and Joshua Peters

About the workshop:

The older client is often an intimidating prospect for a Personal Trainer. However this population is often less financially restricted, has more free time at their disposal and are often highly motivated to achieve health goals.

This workshop will explore ways to ensure that rather than passing by this type of client we feel confident in approaching elderly populations.

We will be looking at practical training and nutrition strategies that ensure we are offering safe, sensible advice to older clients and ensure that we add this valuable string to our PT business.

About the trainer

Ed Loveday, SIX3NINE Trainer

I empower coaches to reach their full potential, and raise the overall standard of personal training across the UK. My background in education alongside 7 years of personal training has equipped me with the experience to help you excel.

With one-to-one personal training, I can only impact the number of clients I have. By training trainers, this number multiplies.

Joshua Peters, SIX3NINE Trainer

Having worked for numerous years in a commercial gym environment, I have experienced first hand the struggle freelance personal trainers face day-to-day.

I support and guide you towards becoming a leader in this saturated industry by creating a truly bespoke approach for your clients.
