About the workshop:
Advanced flips, tricks and gymnastics movements all require foundations of mobility, strength and understanding. In this 90 minute workshop, Russ Harris will take you through a fun and safe introduction to some of these impressive bodyweight exercises.
The session will be entirely practical with a focus on two specific areas; strength and conditioning and performance skills. You’ll also learn effective progressions and regressions for basic and more advanced bodyweight exercises.
This workshop is open to all abilities. We aim to meet you where you currently are and show you exactly what you need to do to progress on to the next level of your training.
