About the workshop:

The likelihood is that you are putting in the effort required (if not more) but could be investing it in better places.

This interactive 2-part workshop will teach you the basics of training to build muscle and the nutrition required to support it. We’ll be dispelling myths along the way as you learn a practical, evidence-based approach to getting results.

You’ll also have the opportunity to get personalised coaching advice from both Dan and Clint for any areas you’re specifically struggling with.
