Advanced flips, tricks and complex gymnastics movements all require foundations of mobility, strength and understanding. This workshop aims to provide a fun and safe introduction to some of these impressive bodyweight exercises.

We will look at effective progressions and regressions for basic and more advanced bodyweight exercises. The session will be entirely practical and focus on two areas; strength and conditioning and skills.

This workshop is open to all abilities, we aim to meet you where you currently are and show you exactly what you need to do to progress on to the next level of your training.

The videos in the online content will provide coaching cues and serve as a reference for you so you don’t have to remember it all on the day.
