About the workshop:

In this 90 minute workshop, Head of Education Russ Harris is going to show you how to progress your performance with the deadlift. We'll be covering different variations for strength (such as sumo deadlifts, rack pulls and RDLs) and how to improve your grip strength so you can lift heavier.

We'll also be going through auxiliary exercise to improve muscle activation, biomechanics, as well as breathing for strength. Get ready to take your deadlift to the next level folks.

This workshop is appropriate for those who have previously attended our Deadlift Class and the more advanced lifter.
