This privacy notice tells you about the information we collect from you when you make an enquiry or agree a contract with SIX3NINE to use our services. In collecting this information, we are acting as a data controller and, by law, we are required to provide you with information about us, about why and how we use your data, and about the rights you have over your data.

What personal data we collect
When you enquire we collect the following data:
Your name
Telephone number
Email address
Basic information regarding your goals for training
In the event that you enter into a contract with SIX3NINE for the services of one of our trainers we will also collect:
Address
D.O.B
Emergency contact: name, telephone number
Payment details
During your initial consultation we will collect more detailed information in relation to your training history, injury history and general lifestyle
Why we collect your information
We collect this information in order so that we can contact you in relation to your enquiry or sessions. Emergency contact details are taken to ensure we have a point of contact in case of an emergency.
Information collected during your consultation is needed to begin planning your training programme.
We collect payment details in order to initiate payment and refunds related to your contract with us.
What we do with your information
We hold your contact and payment details in our booking software. Your payment details are redacted with the exception of the last four digits of the card provided. These are shared with our payment partners, WorldPay. They act as data processers for SIX3NINE and administer payments on our behalf.
We do not share or sell your data with any third parties.
How long we keep your information
All training enquiries are kept for 1 year. If you proceed with training here at SIX3NINE, we will keep your information for 7 years after the last booking. This is to keep in line with HMRC guidelines.
Your rights
By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
You can also ask us to give you a copy of the information and to stop using your information for a period of time if you believe we are not doing so lawfully.
