As a Personal Trainer, regular guy, family man and recent new Dad, I have a passion for working with a broad range of clients, male, female, older and younger and from many walks of life.

I believe that as we grow old we sadly have a tendency to lose touch with and unlearn many of the physical capabilities and fearlessness associated with those that we most likely exhibited as children and fall into the trap of confining ourselves to very limited ranges of movement (sometimes with discomfort) and feelings of hopelessness around how to change our situations.

I help and re-educate my clients how to more effectively, introducing exercise and nutritional behaviours into day-to-day life to promote longer-term independence, resilience and an overall better quality of life.
