It is my belief that decision making should be supported by a rational thought process and in the case of fitness and nutrition underpinned by current scientific evidence.
Using the knowledge that I have acquired through practical experience and academic study I aim to develop a bespoke fitness and nutrition solution for each client based on their starting point, the goals they wish to achieve and their individual circumstances all while navigating life’s many obstacles.
