"I am not someone that grew up athletic (or participated in sports whatsoever). I found my feet in the gym in my late teens after following many unsustainable protocols trying to achieve what I thought ‘fitness’ looked like. 

The more I learnt, the more I became passionate about helping others to build a healthy and positive relationship with exercise and food. There is a wealth of conflicting information out there and my aim as a trainer is to provide clarity and confidence to help people become more at ease with the gym, in their movement and their self esteem."
