This 45 minutes workshop is designed and focused on optimising function, increasing strength and muscular development specifically of the glutes.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, so regardless whether you're just starting out or if you've been at the gym for a while this workshop is for you. There will be a mixture of effective warm up ideas, activation exercises, and variations of drills designed to get your glutes working hard!
Sometimes it can be difficult to know if you're doing things correctly and how exercises should 'feel', so hopefully you should go away from this workshop knowing;
- The most effective strength and isolation exercises for the glutes
- Why activation is important and how to activate your glutes
- Different training variations and new ideas for your own gym sessions
- More about the function and importance of glute muscles to assist performance and posture
During the session I'll not only assist and give you cues to make sure that you are feeling and doing the movement right, you're also going to get a workout in, so be prepared to feel the burn and sweat! Think hip thrusts variations, glute bridges, band work and more.
As we will be in a group of maximum 3 I'll be able to help you all individually and hopefully you can walk away with more knowledge and fired up glutes!
