This is Circuit Club.
Be put through your paces as we take you through a 60-minute weights-based circuit specifically designed to test your strength, improve your form and increase your overall fitness.
Everyone is welcome at Circuit Club no matter your fitness level. We cap the class size to 10 attendees with 2 trainers present to ensure everyone is performing each exercise in a safe and effective manner.
Expect battle ropes, tyres, barbells and sweat.
