I believe our bodies are made for moving and help my clients to move, feel and look their best. Having previously worked in marketing I understand how challenging it can be to balance work, a social life and family commitments with one’s health and well-being, particularly if your job is office-based. I decided to become a coach and return to university to study to be an osteopath in order to help clients live healthier, happier lives by being more active on a daily basis.
I combine bodyweight movement with mobility, functional strength training and a healthy dose of play, helping clients discover a genuine love for moving their bodies. I challenge my clients to work hard but in fun and creative ways, helping them build confidence in what they can achieve and to deliver results that can be sustained for long into the future.
