Reaching your health and fitness goals are far more than following an exercise and eating plan but about learning to find foods you enjoy eating that give you the energy to participate in activity you enjoy doing.
I endeavour to educate everyone I work with about training and nutrition choices that will help them sustain the lifestyle they enjoy leading. Empowering people with the knowledge to do this themselves is a process in which I am fully invested in and constantly learning from.
Personally, I don't believe we need to overcomplicate things. Find a way to enjoy the benefits of movement and eating well long term, and (with a little help) the results will inevitably follow.
