"My interest in health and fitness has spanned several fields including personal training, sports performance, strength and conditioning and fitness modelling.

I have an interest in the areas of injury management and rehabilitation along with enhancing sports performance through resistance training. It’s my philosophy that every person is different in the way we move, and that should be reflected in the way we train."
