In this 90 minute workshop, Russ Harris is going to take 10 people and show them how to progress their deadlift performance. We'll be covering different variations of the lift for strength (such a sumo, rack pulls and RDLs) and teach you how to improve grip strength so you can lift heavier.
We'll also be going through auxiliary exercise to improve muscle activation, biomechanics, as well as breathing for strength. Get ready to take your deadlift to the next level folks.

- Advanced lifters with 2+ years of experience
